The first time I saw the art form known as anamorphic illusionistic or 3D street painting I was truly amazed (and no, it wasn’t on Mary Poppins). Few gifted artists can create this remarkable art that can trick the eye. I have only seen the images circulating the internet and never in real life, but the media alone is unbelievable. It is unfortunate these chalk drawings are only temporary. At least we have the photos and videos to enjoy, although probably never truly appreciate the full experience of the optical illusion these works of art reveal.
